Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for helping businesses protect what matters most? Aster National is seeking a Telephone Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll connect with potential clients in the trades and construction industry

What You'll Do:

● Make outbound calls to potential clients in trades and construction industries to introduce our specialized insurance solutions.

● Build strong partnerships with prospects and guide them through our tailored insurance solutions.

● Follow up with leads and maintain long-term relationships with existing business clients.

● Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system.

● Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.

● Obtain P&C Insurance License within 6 months.
 

What You Bring:

● 2+ years of telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred

● Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred

● Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

● Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

● Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

● Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

● Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

● Interest in learning about insurance products and regulations
