Cryptocurrency Business Developer and Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Cryptocurrency Business Developer and Manager to drive growth, manage key operations, and establish strategic partnerships within the digital asset ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements, and will be able to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in establishing and expanding our market presence and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Strategy: Help formulate and pursue a new business opportunity and revenue stream within the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector.
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including exchanges, institutional clients, investors, and ecosystem partners. Negotiate and close high-value partnership deals and smart agreements.
  • Operational Oversight: Create and manage daily business operations, enhance platform efficiency, and implement processes for continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies and identify new product opportunities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Stay abreast of regulatory developments (e.g., AML/KYC regulations) and work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all activities align with the evolving regulatory frameworks.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and legal, to ensure alignment on business goals and seamless project execution.
  • Representation: Act as a company ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and establish meaningful connections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, operations, or a related field, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, digital assets, and the overall market landscape.
  • Skills: Strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CDAA, CFA with a focus on crypto) are a plus.
