Warehouse HR Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring processes for warehouse and related positions, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Attendance & HR Data Management: Verify and consolidate attendance records for both direct employees and agency staff.
  • Billing & System Management: Collect and organize warehouse invoices, upload to the OA system, and follow up on accounts receivable/payable.
  • Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative assistance and support cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Human Resources or Business/Administration preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, attendance tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OA systems; experience in warehouse/logistics industry is a plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English communication.
