VR Store Supervisor

Clownfish XR is an immersive VR adventure center inside American Dream Mall — right beside the Ice Skating Rink. We create exciting virtual worlds where families and friends explore and play together.

We are hiring a Full-Time VR Store Supervisor to help lead operations and ensure every guest has an amazing experience. This role is perfect for someone who is responsible, friendly, and excited about VR and entertainment.

You will be trained to open/close the store independently, manage part-time staff, and maintain smooth daily operations. If you’re looking to grow into a management position in a fast-growing company — this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store independently

• Lead part-time staff during shifts

• Provide excellent customer service to families and guests

• Operate VR systems and ensure safety procedures are followed

• Maintain equipment and inventory

• Handle daily cash register operations and reports

• Assist with staff training and scheduling

• Keep the store clean and organized

Qualifications

• Prior retail, customer service, or hospitality experience required

• Leadership experience is a plus

• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to work weekends and peak hours

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Comfortable working on your feet and moving equipment

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time — 40 hours/week

• $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience

• Paid training provided
