Office Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and support communication between departments
- Order office and operational supplies; maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate shipping and receiving, including freight pickups and deliveries
- Schedule meetings, shipments, team calendars, and client visits
- Enter, issue, and track invoices for both clients and vendors
- Maintain organized files, records, and documents (ISO-friendly)
- Communicate with customers and vendors and provide timely follow-up
Qualifications
- Experience in office management
- Strong organization, scheduling, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, email platforms, and basic accounting tasks
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
