Campus Commercial Leadership Program (CCLP)

Role Type: Part-Time Student Position (5–8 hours/week)

Location: On-Campus + Remote Coordination

Eligibility: Undergraduate or Graduate Students (Any Major)

The Campus Commercial Leadership Program (CCLP) is a selective track designed to develop campus-based talent in business development, partnerships, and sales. It also serves as a pipeline into our Boston-based Sales & Growth Associate full-time role for high-performing graduates.

Program Overview

The CCLP is a hands-on, high-impact program where selected students support BlendED’s campus growth and community engagement through:

• Campus-level business development

• Student club partnerships outreach

• Event activation and promotional support

• Lead generation and student recruitment

• Pipeline research and relationship building

This program is ideal for students interested in sales, partnerships, consulting, entrepreneurship, or early-stage GTM work. High performers may advance to Senior CBD roles and later interview for full-time opportunities.


 

What You Will Do

Campus Business Development

• Reach out to student clubs and campus groups

• Introduce BlendED AI+X opportunities

• Support simple promotions for events and info sessions

Student Recruitment & Activation

• Share program updates across your networks

• Coordinate basic on-campus or online announcements

• Help drive student interest during peak periods

Pipeline Support & Research

• Identify relevant clubs, departments, and communities

• Track outreach and engagement in brief weekly updates

Commercial Skills Development

• Participate in short BD/sales training sessions

• Receive mentorship from BlendED’s commercial team


 

Who You Are

Required Skills & Traits

• Current undergraduate or graduate student

• Strong communicator with professional email/messaging skills

• Comfortable reaching out to clubs, leaders, and peers

• Organized, reliable, and consistent in follow-through

• Interested in business development, sales, or startup growth

• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Student club leadership or involvement

• Experience in outreach, events, or community building

• Interest in AI, entrepreneurship, or innovation

• Familiarity with marketing or peer engagement work
