About Sync N
Sync N is a NYC-based FemTech startup building a fitness platform designed for female physiology. We create cycle-aware workouts, storytelling visuals, and educational content to help women train, fuel, and recover in rhythm with their bodies. Our app is live in beta with early traction and athlete partnerships forming across collegiate, pro, and Olympic levels.

We are hiring a Video Editing + VFX Intern to help shape the visual identity of our brand through class footage, motion overlays, and high-quality social content.

 

What You Will Work On

  • Editing short-form content
  • Creating VFX overlays such as fitness highlights, text motion, tracking, or cycle-phase cues
  • Cutting social media content for TikTok/Instagram/Reels/YouTube
  • Creating fast-paced, modern edits that feel performance-driven
  • Assisting with visual style, layout, typography, pacing, rhythm
  • Ideating new formats for education, workouts, and storytelling

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

  • Can edit in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Have experience with VFX or motion graphics (After Effects, Blender, etc.)
  • Understand pacing, attention retention, and visual storytelling
  • Can create assets for social media formats
  • Are organized, communicative, and excited to learn
  • Want real ownership in a growing early-stage startup

Bonus (not required)

  • Motion tracking + muscle/movement overlays
  • Color grading + audio balancing
  • Strong TikTok/IG editing instincts
  • Experience with athletics or fitness content

Compensation

Unpaid or credit-based internship to start.
