Summer Internship Program

Ideal Candidate
This Intern role within the organization is a Customer Experience Intern based in Calgary. NRG is looking for self-driven, high-caliber individuals who can grasp complex commercial issues and harness information to deliver solutions. Customer Experience Intern Responsibilities include:
- Support the customer experience (CX) team on customer insights and strategic initiatives that drive customer loyalty
- Help develop and support acquisition strategies by customer segment
- Strategic focus on churn reducing activities through the call center, process improvement and customer touchpoints
- Work across marketing, sales/digital, operations, campaign management, and analytics peers to define test plans and key objectives, help develop marketing strategy and ensure timely and accurate execution of all campaigns
- Ability to assess and analyze the results of a campaign in order to drive continued improvement
- Utilize customer feedback initiatives to drive and support improvements
- Generate performance reports and conduct campaign audits
- Analyze data to develop actionable insights that can be measured and reported

Minimum Qualifications
- Degree discipline: Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
