Clinical Supervisor (LISW/LPCC)

Full Time 

$70,000 - $72,000 annually

Responsibilities may include:

  • Provided clinical supervision for case managers and therapists. 
  • Complete clinical review  and sign off for designated care teams 
  • Provide trainings and clinical supervision as assigned.
  • Provide coverage for caseloads as needed/assigned.
  • Oversee the daily operations and functions of team as assigned.
  • Oversee implementation of programs that increase appropriate behaviors according to established criteria using appropriate techniques and methodologies.


Requirements for this position include: 

  • Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling.
  • LIMFT, LISW or LPCC is required
  • LIMFT-S, LISW-S or LPCC-S is preferred
  • At least one year of supervisory experience. 
  • Experience in community-based counseling.
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation. 
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
