What You’ll Do
As a Social Worker with Parc’s award-winning Caregiver Relief Services Program, your passion and expertise will guide families out of crisis and into stability. This role blends a predictable, organized workflow with the excitement of in-home and community-based engagement, including opportunities for real-time crisis intervention and personalized caregiver support. - Maintain accurate, thorough documentation to ensure continuity of care
- Work hand-in-hand with a collaborative team and trusted community partners who share a commitment to inclusion
- Engage in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing training that strengthen your practice and fuel your growth
- Support program leadership through thoughtful data tracking and reporting that help move the program forward
- Participate in a supportive on-call rotation, stepping in to assist families during urgent needs
