ArcGIS/QGIS, mapping pipelines, spatial analysis, GPS/telemetry integration
Qualification:
B.S. in GIS, Geography, Civil Engineering, or similar
Experience Experience:
3–5+ years with GIS mapping, asset management, municipal datasets
