Job Summary:
CTech Manufacturing is seeking a creative and driven Multimedia Intern to join our Marketing team for Summer 2026. This internship is ideal for a student studying graphic design, interactive media, or digital video production who wants to apply their skills to real-world projects in a fast-paced, innovation-driven company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Ownership: Take the lead on a primary creative project assigned for the summer, managing it from concept to completion (examples may include a configurator Teaser Campaign or an Interactive story Builder campaign)
  • Photo/Video Capture: Assist with photo and video capture of CTech products and events
  • Video Editing: Edit and produce short-form video content for social and web
  • Motion Graphics: Support the creation of motion graphics and branded templates
  • Campaign Visuals: Contribute to marketing campaign visuals and content asset development
  • Creative Collaboration: Participate in creative brainstorming and content planning meetings

Ideal Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Enrolled in a Graphic Design, Digital Media, or similar program
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
  • Visual Standards: Strong visual eye and understanding of brand consistency
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working in both studio and field environments

Work Environment: 

This role is based at our headquarters in Weston, Wisconsin, with occasional travel (up to 5%) required for event coverage, photoshoots, and vendor meetings.
