Role Overview: Our OTs provide evaluations and individualized interventions in fine motor development, sensory integration, play skills, self-help skills, and feeding (as appropriate), all within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pediatric OT evaluations and create customized treatment plans
- Implement play-based, sensory-informed therapy
- Support feeding development and caregiver coaching
- Collaborate with SLP, PT, and other disciplines
- Maintain documentation and billing integrity
- Participate in team learning, CEUs, and mentorship
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy; Georgia license or eligibility
- Strong interest in pediatrics, sensory integration, and family-centered care
- Clear communicator with a flexible, collaborative mindset
- Bonus: feeding experience, sensory certification, outpatient pediatrics background
