You’ll work closely with our agronomy team and learn what it takes to keep a successful growing season on track.

Walk fields to check on crop health, weeds, insects, and diseases
Help collect data—plant counts, soil samples, tissue samples, etc.
Keep notes on what you see and share updates with the team
Assist with field mapping, GPS work, and digital record-keeping
Pitch in with day-to-day field tasks throughout the season
Safely operate trucks, ATVs, and other basic equipment
Support small research or test plots if we have them running
What We’re Looking For
Currently studying agronomy, crop science, ag business, ag engineering, or a related field
Someone who enjoys the outdoors and doesn’t mind long days in the heat
Good communicator and willingness to ask questions
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license
Bonus Points
Experience working on a farm or in agronomy
Familiarity with scouting or precision ag tools
What You’ll Get
Competitive hourly pay
Hands-on agronomy experience you can’t get in a classroom
A chance to work with modern equipment and precision ag technology
A supportive team that’s happy to teach you the ropes
Real-world responsibilities that can help you launch your ag career
