We’re looking for a part-time Content Creator to join the founding team and help execute our go-to-market strategy . If you love storytelling, fast-paced iteration, and capturing the energy of a startup going from 0 → 1, this is your place.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with a 2x-exited founder to craft and publish social content
Collaborate on short-form videos, social posts, graphics, and behind-the-scenes storytelling
Capture and edit content in our Hermosa Beach beachfront office
Help shape Sweet Dill’s narrative as we build in public
Brainstorm and pitch content ideas around product launches, deal discovery, founder insights, and user education
Track trends across TikTok, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn
Collaborate closely with the founder on scripts, shoots, and creative direction
Attend product sessions to turn real work into engaging storytelling
Move fast, experiment, and double down on what performs
Support brand-building campaigns, product announcements, and weekly content cadences
What We’re Looking For
Experience with short-form video (filming + editing)
A strong understanding of how content performs on TikTok, IG Reels, and Twitter
A sharp eye for storytelling and pacing
Comfort in a fast-moving startup environment
Ability to turn raw ideas into polished content quickly
Curiosity, creativity, and the drive to experiment
Someone who thrives with autonomy and initiative
