Warehouse Operations Associate

Location: Salinas, CA
Employment Type: Part-Time (Potential for Full-Time)

About Us:
We’re a fast-growing company, and we need a reliable, detail-oriented team player to help keep our warehouse running smoothly!

What You'll Do:
✅ Pick & Pack Orders – Make sure customers get exactly what they need, on time!
✅ Light Assembly – Put together simple product components with care.
✅ Receive & Organize Shipments – Keep our inventory in check and stocked properly.
✅ Deliver Packages Locally – Quick runs to the post office (mileage reimbursed!).
✅ Customer Communication – Help with basic customer inquiries when needed.
✅ Use Basic Tech – Keep records updated using Microsoft Word & Excel.
What We’re Looking For:
* Warehouse or logistics experience (preferred, but not required!)
* A valid driver’s license & reliable car for small deliveries
*  Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills
*  Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking)
*  Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
*  A go-getter attitude and strong attention to detail

Perks & Pay:
💰 $16.50 – $21.00/hour (based on experience)
