About the Internship

 

Elevation Global is launching its winter training program and is seeking motivated, growth-focused individuals to join our Sales Internship. This program is designed to give interns real, hands-on experience in the booming telecommunications industry, a multi-billion-dollar sector that continues to expand across Texas.

You’ll learn sales strategy, customer acquisition, brand representation, and leadership fundamentals — all through in-person training with our Austin team. Strong performers will be eligible for full-time roles with accelerated advancement into leadership and management.

What You’ll Learn

 

Sales strategies and communication skills

Customer acquisition and lead generation

How to consult customers in the telecom sector

Field marketing tactics and client campaign operations

Team leadership and business operations fundamentals

What You’ll Do

 

Engage with customers to provide product knowledge

Support telecom sales campaigns through hands-on fieldwork

Assist in outreach, follow-ups, and daily goal tracking

Learn leadership systems used to develop managers internally

Represent Elevation Global and our telecom partners professionally
