Palm Build Restoration is a fast-growing leader in emergency restoration services across Florida. We work closely with property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients to provide reliable, rapid-response restoration solutions.

Position Overview

This paid internship offers hands-on experience in outreach, marketing, and relationship building. Interns will work directly with our business development team to support growth initiatives and represent Palm Build at various events and meetings. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
• Assist with marketing campaigns and follow-up outreach
• Support CRM data entry and tracking
• Collaborate with team members on growth strategies
• Represent Palm Build professionally in all interactions

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people and making calls
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Interest in marketing, sales, business development, real estate, or construction
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
