The Role

Pearl Lemon is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, fast-learning Operations Assistant Intern to support our ambitious growth plans throughout 2025 and beyond. You’ll be embedded within a tight-knit, hands-on, globally distributed operations team responsible for keeping the Pearl Lemon ecosystem running smoothly across multiple business units.

Your work will directly support the operations behind our marketing agency, lead gen division, F&B brands (like Pearl Lemon Café), game development studio (Pearl Lemon Games), legal & accounting arms, and more.

What You Will Gain From This Internship

The Operations Assistant Intern Is an Integral Role

We are looking for someone who can move quickly, think critically, communicate clearly, and manage tasks with precision. You should pride yourself on:

A basic understanding of business, communication, or digital marketing is helpful — but your mindset and drive matter far more.

Possible Responsibilities

(You won’t do all of these — but you’ll gain exposure to most over time.)

Process & Project Support

Support internal projects across the agency, sales, F&B, and gaming divisions

Help maintain and update SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation

Ensure tasks and deliverables are moving correctly through our pipeline

Team Coordination

Communicate updates between departments

Track progress and identify blockers

Support onboarding of new team members or clients

Operational Research

Research tools, systems, vendors, or competitive best practices

Analyse workflows and propose improvements

Reporting & Administration

Compile weekly reports, metrics, or project summaries

Help maintain organisation across platforms like Slack, ClickUp, Notion, etc.

Quality Assurance

Check tasks for accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Identify operational issues before they become problems
