Corporate/Real Estate Paralegal
Position: Corporate/Real Estate Legal Assistant or Paralegal
We are searching for a team player with a friendly, positive, can-do attitude, and a high level of professionalism. Our ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, organized, creative, and a dependable self-starter with the ability to develop solutions and support attorneys. We are a small team and thus require professional and well-developed communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Our main practice areas include both U.S. and international taxation, corporate matters, and real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in corporate, real estate, and tax matters.
- Assist foreign consultant(s) with administrative and coordination tasks related to international projects and client matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, service providers, and team members.
- Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage files, calendars, and deadlines.
- Operate standard office equipment (computer, fax, typewriter, scanner, etc.).
- Participate in virtual meetings using Zoom and Teams.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of corporate and real estate law, or willingness to learn new skills and obtain additional credentials.
- Fluent (both oral and written) in English and Spanish.
- Positive and self-motivated attitude with strong time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, case management software, and DoubleTime.
- Florida Notary (or ability and willingness to become a Florida Notary).
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Compensation: Salary (commensurate with experience and/or credentials), parking, and great benefits package after 90 days of employment.
