Douglas Gardens Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) is seeking a passionate, Master’s level clinician to join our dynamic outpatient mental health team. Current full-time opening at the Miami Beach office. This is a full-time, onsite role providing meaningful, face-to-face care within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

What You May Be Doing:

• Facilitate daily psychosocial educational groups.
• Manage an individual therapy caseload.
• As needed conduct initial client intakes and psychosocial assessments.
• Support a small caseload of clients receiving medication management only services by updating treatment plans and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other clinical professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field (from an accredited institution)
• Bilingual – Spanish/English required.
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Comfortable working within the DSM-5 framework
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of compassion
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check and drug screening is required.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
