Commercial Real Estate Intern - Summer 2026, starting May 18th until July 31st

We are currently seeking ambitious and motivated full-time Interns (30-40 hours per week) who  are eager to gain hands-on experience in the commercial real estate industry. You will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of the real estate industry; including real estate syndication, real estate development, real estate acquisition, property underwriting, and commercial brokerage from influential leaders in the DFW area. We expect excellence by leading by example and require our interns to be professional, courteous, and honest. Possible full-time position available after internship. All interns report directly to Hayden Houston, Senior Advisor. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research - Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather data to support real estate projects and business development efforts.
  • Data Management - Assist in maintaining and updating databases and other data-related tasks.
  • Analytical Support: Provide support in underwriting, financial analysis, and property evaluations.
  • Ad-hoc Assignments - Assist with various tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Mandatory Training - Participate in up to 4 hours of required training per week to enhance your knowledge and skills in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Client Acquisition - Engage with the community by reaching out to potential clients, investors, and partners to generate future partnerships.
  • Marketing - Help create enticing marketing material to enhance property appeal and desirability.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field ( or a strong interest in commercial real estate).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
     

Compensation

Compensation is solely based on performance. Cash stipends are available to help cover rent, food, gas, and other necessities. Internship bonuses and prizes are made available during the internship. Licensing paid to become a real estate agent in the State of Texas.
