Digital Marketing Internship

Digital Marketing Internship-

Digital Campaigns, CRM Management & Pipeline Support

Are you a driven, creative college student who wants real responsibility—not just busy work? This 12-week, in-person internship places you at the center of live marketing campaigns that help entrepreneurs and small business owners access funding, protect their assets, and grow their companies. You will learn how modern marketing teams generate leads, nurture relationships, and support revenue—experience that translates directly into high-earning marketing and growth roles after graduation. We are currently hiring two interns for this cohort.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, landing pages, webinars).

• Help create campaign calendars, timelines, and checklists to keep projects on track.

Email Marketing & Funnels

• Build, schedule, and monitor email sequences using modern email marketing tools.

• Segment contact lists, draft subject lines and body copy, and test different approaches to improve open and click-through rates.

• Assist in creating automated nurture sequences that move prospects from initial interest to booked calls.

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

• Help develop lead magnets, opt-in forms, and follow-up sequences that attract the right prospects.

• Monitor inbound leads, send personalized follow-up messages, and manage responses.

• Qualify prospects based on clear criteria and schedule calls on the calendar for senior team members.

• High-performing interns may have the opportunity to participate in or eventually lead enrollment conversations under supervision.

Content Creation & Social Media

• Draft short-form content for social platforms (posts, hooks, captions, and simple video scripts).

• Repurpose webinar and podcast highlights into social content, emails, and simple landing page copy.

• Ensure brand voice is consistent across all messaging.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track basic campaign metrics (opens, clicks, conversion rates, booked calls).

• Prepare simple weekly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Help document what is working so campaigns can be scaled and repeated.

Collaboration & Operations

• Work closely with the executive team and support staff on campaign execution.

• Attend strategy calls and take notes to translate ideas into actionable tasks.

• Assist in keeping the CRM, email lists, and campaign assets organized and up to date.
