About the Team
The KakaoPay Design team creates and manages design assets across advertising and benefits services.
The team ensures optimal user experience (UX) by delivering cohesive, high-quality visual guidelines, reviewing external design outputs, and supporting end-to-end design operations for KakaoPay’s benefit services.
Role Overview
The Advertising & Benefits Design Support Assistant will assist with UI/UX tasks, visual guideline creation, asset review, and document production.
This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in digital product design, advertising design operations, and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support UI/UX design tasks for KakaoPay’s benefits service
- Create and maintain design guidelines for KakaoPay’s advertising assets
- Review and verify external design materials and deliverables
- Assist in preparing presentation slides and internal documents
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a 4-year university (including students on leave)
- Able to work for at least 6 months
- Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Portfolio submission is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of design operations or design workflows
- Strong graphic expression skills and good aesthetic judgment
- High level of attention to detail and ownership
- Experience creating presentation decks or visual documentation

Employment Details

Compensation: KRW 10,900 per hour
- Approx. KRW 2,478,100/month (including meal allowance of KRW 200,000)
