Job Description
BAT’s media production team delivers the brand’s message through digital-first video content across SNS channels and IMC campaigns. The Videographer Intern supports full-cycle video production—planning, shooting, editing, and post-production—while transforming brand concepts into compelling visual narratives and collaborating with designers, AEs, and content managers to strengthen overall creative output.

Description

  • Plan and produce regular video content for brand channels (SNS, web, etc.) and marketing campaigns
  • Perform video shooting, editing, and simple motion/after-effects work
  • Collaborate with AEs, designers, and content managers on production and communication
  • Assist in post-production tasks and visual refinement

Job Information

  • Employment Type: 3-month internship (full-time conversion after evaluation)
  • Work Location: BAT, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (77 Garosu-gil, 3F–6F)

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in video production with basic filming/editing experience
  • Experience handling cameras, lenses, or professional equipment preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
  • Familiar with SNS video formats and trends
  • Ability to improve video quality through lighting and shooting fundamentals
  • Relevant education or prior experience in video/film fields preferred

Preferences

  • Experience at a production studio, agency, or as a video assistant
  • Experience with shooting on set or in studio environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative stakeholders
