Job description

Established Private Preparatory schools located in Rowland Heights, California, are seeking charismatic AP Science workshop teachers for a part-time position. Classes are small with fewer than 15 students.  The class is specifically designed to support high school students, review content learned in school, assist them in preparing for exams, and correlate lessons to Advanced Placement content. 

Class Time:

Tuesday and Thursday, 4 pm to 6 pm 

 

Candidate should:

  • Have finished a Bachelor's degree
  • Be versed in classroom management
  • Ideal applicant is credentialed or preliminary credentialed
  • Have 6 months of teaching experience
  • Have experience working with elementary school, middle school, or high school-aged students
  • Commit to a set teaching schedule from January 5, 2026, to May 29, 2026

  • Pre-Algebra Teacher in Arcadia on Tuesday and Thursday

  • Algebra 1 Teacher in Arcadia on Tuesday and Thursday
  • 5th Grade Math Teacher in Temple City on Monday and Wednesday
  • Geometry Teacher in Rowland Heights on Tuesday and Thursday
  • Algebra 1 Teacher in Rowland Heights on Tuesday and Thursday
