Essential Functions of the Management Trainee:
- In coordination with the Client Services Department, Management Trainees must ensure that all client experience standards are being met with the utmost integrity and professionalism
- Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
- Respond to client requests looking for more information regarding specific products or services and make recommendations based on their wants and needs
- Management Trainees maintain strong knowledge of all products and services including staying ahead of any changes in compliance standards and regulations
- Demonstrate aptitude and openness in adapting to the individual needs of each consumer which includes de-escalating situations, providing solutions, and delivering targeted recommendations
- Management Trainees provide clients with timely and accurate information
- Understand, practice, and exemplify the values within our organization and the brand that you are working with
Key Requirements to become a Management Trainee:
- Have a firm grasp on our training policies and procedures in order to streamline employee objectives
- Have a high degree of self-motivation and independence, but also have the ability to work and excel in a collaborative team-oriented environment
- Management Trainees have the ability to communicate ideas and thoughts effectively to any level in the organization including the clients directly
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales background
- Must be able to critically and strategically think in order to effectively handle customer complaints and issues and work in a fast-paced team setting
- Punctuality and preparedness is an absolute must
