Summer Associate 2026

Summer Associates at The Webb Law Firm are exposed to the same day-to-day assignments as any other attorney in the firm. You will have the opportunity to learn from the best IP attorneys in the region, with attorneys who range from first years to Partners with over 50 years of experience prosecuting and litigating patents and trademarks. You will be assigned a Partner as an advisor, an experienced attorney who will guide you and teach you entry-level aspects of IP law. Many of our current attorneys are home-grown, hired from our very successful Summer Associate program.

It is recommended that candidates possess a technical undergraduate degree, such as Science, Engineering, Software or similar.   Candidate will ideally be a 1L or 2L.
