Executive Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to provide executive and legal administrative support in a professional office setting. The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, and demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills when managing complex tasks and sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence for senior leadership
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and communications
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and client communications
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of filings and projects
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Learn and utilize company software systems and their features to perform daily tasks.
- Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and take action to resolve them efficiently
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a legal secretary, executive assistant, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of document formatting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems independently
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively use various company software programs and understand their key features and functions
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m, Friday 8:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Position is full-time, in-person.
