2026 Tapestry Internship Program Overview:
Our 10-week Summer 2026 Internship Program will give undergraduates, masters students, and recent graduates the opportunity to develop critical skillsets and gain hands-on experience at our house of modern luxury lifestyle brands. There will be internship opportunities available at Coach, kate spade, and within our Tapestry Functional Groups.
- Program Dates: June 2nd, 2026 - August 7th, 2026
- Work structure: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office)
- Location: New York City Hudson Yards Office
- Compensation: $20/hour
- Benefits/Perks: Summer Fridays, product discounts, sample sales, meal stipend, and Intern educational & social events.

Job Title: Summer Buying, Planning and Wholesale Internships
Primary Purpose: The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Buying, Planning or Wholesale to work within either the Coach or Kate Spade teams.*
*Our internship recruiting team will be selecting candidates based on relevant skillsets that could be applicable to internship opportunities within the following departments: Buying, Account Management/Wholesale, Planning and Allocation.
The accomplished individual may have...
- The ability to analyze Excel reports and identify headlines and key metrics based on weekly sales
- The potential to influence category assortment through product performance, customer feedback/trends, and local market knowledge
- The ability to manage sample requests for Buying teams, as well as cross functional requests, in conjunction with the Sample Library
- The ability to competitively shop in the market to identify trends in direct and aspirational competitors in both product (i.e. silhouette, price, novelty) and storytelling messaging (i.e. VM, in-store concepts)

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative-thinking skills to identify areas of opportunity within business, current processes and unexpected challenges
- Strong communication skills: able to clearly articulate ideas through both verbal and written communication
