What They Are Looking For
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline
- Two to three or more years working in a public accounting environment
- CPA credential is a plus and those currently pursuing it are encouraged
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to present information clearly
- Hands on experience preparing tax work and ensuring compliance
- Ability to break down technical topics so that clients can understand them
- Comfort with modern accounting and tax software tools
