Licensed/Unlicensed Mental Health Professional

ElevaCare is looking for individuals who are passionate about mental health and ready to gain meaningful experience as they work toward licensure.  As a licensed/unlicensed mental health professional, the role offers the chance to support clients directly while learning from a dedicated team.

In this position, you'll be part of a collaborative, person-centered environment where you’ll help with assessments, therapeutic programming, documentation, and ongoing client support. It’s a great fit for someone who wants to grow their clinical skills while making a real difference every day.

Key Details:
• Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday daytime hours
• Education: Master’s degree in a human services–related field (or nearing completion) State of Minnesota LP, LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC Licensure
• Extras: ElevaCare qualifies for NHSC Loan Forgiveness, and once you’re fully licensed, we cover licensure renewal costs

We’re looking for candidates who communicate well, bring empathy to their work, and are eager to learn. Prior experience..through internships, practicums, or direct care roles.
