Video Production Internship

Position: Video Production Internship – The Wight Elephant Boutique
Location: Greensburg, PA & Surrounding Communities
Job Type: Internship (20–25 hours per week)

Overview

The Wight Elephant Videographer Internship is a hands-on opportunity for students and emerging creatives to gain real-world experience in video production, digital storytelling, content strategy, and brand development. Interns will play an essential role in capturing the essence of our boutique’s unique style and customer experience through high-quality visual content.

This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about videography, fashion, social media, and creative storytelling—with the potential to earn college credit and a stipend for their participation.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Content Creation

Capture and edit dynamic video content showcasing boutique merchandise, store events, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Work closely with the boutique owner and creative team to develop storytelling concepts that align with brand identity.

Produce engaging short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.

Digital Storytelling & Social Media Integration

Collaborate on content calendars and contribute creative ideas for video-based campaigns.

Ensure all visual content is optimized for social media and digital marketing channels.

Assist in uploading and scheduling video content across platforms.

Event Coverage & Community Highlights

Film boutique-hosted events, pop-ups, and collaborations in Greensburg and surrounding areas.

Edit footage to create polished highlight reels, teasers, and promotional content.

Help develop compelling visual stories that showcase community engagement and brand personality.

Qualifications

Eligible to receive college credit (check with your academic advisor for requirements).

Basic experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).

Strong interest in fashion, storytelling, and content creation.

Comfortable filming in dynamic in-store and outdoor environments.

Creative eye for visual composition and pacing.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Available to work 20–25 hours per week, primarily on-site with some flexibility.
