REC Coordinator

As REC Coordinator, you’ll support the Program Manager and oversee daily operations at our Recreational and Educational Centre (REC) in Cerrito de la Virgen. You’ll coordinate our HELP programmes (English, Environment, Youth, and Literacy), guide the four Project Coordinators, and help refine and update their curriculums. You’ll also liaise with parents, ensure safeguarding practices, report maintenance needs, and track project progress.

To expand our impact, you’ll take part in community outreach, helping us connect with more families and better understand local needs.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build project management experience while gaining real insight into grassroots NGO work—especially those who already have some leadership or team-management background.

All roles can be taken as internships, offering additional mentorship and support, plus coordination with your university to meet placement requirements.
