Frets & Beyond Music Academy is a modern, performance-based private music school located in Allen, TX. We are expanding our teaching team and seeking skilled, reliable instructors for the following areas:

• Guitar (Rock, Fusion, Contemporary Styles)
• Piano
• Drums
• Violin / Strings
• Voice (Pop, Rock, Contemporary)
• Bass Guitar
• Other modern band instruments welcome (e.g., sax, trumpet)

Our academy emphasizes real-world musicianship, modern techniques, live performance experience, and strong student engagement. Lessons are taught in-person at our professionally equipped facility with a stage, lighting, pro amps, drums, and a recording-ready environment.

Responsibilities
• Teach weekly 30–60 minute private lessons
• Create structured lesson plans tailored to each student's goals
• Communicate clearly with families and maintain professionalism
• Track student progress and prepare learners for performances
• Maintain punctual, reliable weekly availability

Requirements
• Strong proficiency on your primary instrument
• Ability to teach beginners through intermediate levels (advanced a plus)
• Prior teaching experience preferred but not required
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable teaching kids, teens, and adults
• Must be available for consistent weekly scheduling
• Must have reliable transportation

Compensation
• $28–$40 per hour (depending on experience)
• 1099 independent contractor position
• Students are provided — we handle all scheduling & billing
• Flexible, part-time hours
