The Marigold Learning Academy is a accredited Earlie Childhood School and Therapy Center for children with Autism. The Marigold Learning Academy uses a team approach to meet the needs of students with Autism and related disabilities. Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience of prior classroom or child care experience
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for Autism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and inherent love for young children
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Implement weekly lesson plans based on Marigold Curriculum and monthly school themes
- Participate in staff and training meetings
- Meet the individual needs of the children
- Ensure compliance with Marigold Policies standards
