Compensation: Uncapped commission starting with your first appointment leading to a sale, with a fixed payment for each qualified lead appointment booked.

You will be responsible for the crucial first step in the sales process: identifying and qualifying future customers, and booking their first meeting with our Account Executive (AE) team. This is a metrics-driven role—you will see the immediate results of your effort.
You will learn to:
Target & Research: Master our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and use professional tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM) to build targeted prospect lists.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-volume outreach via Cold Calling, Personalized Email, and Social Selling to initiate conversations.
Qualify Opportunities: Learn industry-leading frameworks (like BANT) to vet prospects and determine if they are a viable sales opportunity.
Master the Tech Stack: Become proficient in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) for accurate tracking and analysis.
Own a Campaign: Run a dedicated strategic campaign, analyzing the data (KPIs) to optimize your scripts and messaging for higher conversion rates.
