Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic bilingual Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing customer relationships, assisting in business development, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, customer service expertise, and a proactive work ethic.
Duties
- Assist the sales team in the development and execution of strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support the sales team by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members on direct sales initiatives and marketing promotional activities.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales metrics and managing client information.
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Must be able to commute to our office location in Decatur, Georgia.
- Proven experience in customer support, film, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with software tools used for sales management and reporting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
