Spanish Bilingual Coordinator (Film & Media)

Pay: $8.00 - $11.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic bilingual Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing customer relationships, assisting in business development, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, customer service expertise, and a proactive work ethic.

Duties

• Assist the sales team in the development and execution of strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Support the sales team by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members on direct sales initiatives and marketing promotional activities.
• Utilize software tools for tracking sales metrics and managing client information.
• Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Must be able to commute to our office location in Decatur, Georgia.
• Proven experience in customer support, film, administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with software tools used for sales management and reporting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
