Role Description
 

This is a full-time remote position for a Recruitment Agent. The Recruitment Agent will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, managing the hiring process, and maintaining relationships with potential recruits. Tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, leveraging various recruitment platforms, and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth hiring experience. The role also emphasizes effective communication with both potential hires and internal stakeholders.
 

Qualifications
 

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes, with experience in identifying and sourcing top talent
  • Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to engage and attract candidates effectively
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while meeting recruitment goals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
