We're a fast-growing, early-stage startup at the intersection of AI and Fashion Tech, building a movement around inclusive self-expression. We're looking for a creative, curious, and strategically-minded Marketing and Branding Intern who is excited to learn, experiment, and contribute to real-world projects while developing professional skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on educational experience. Interns will work with close-knit teams and receive ongoing training and support.
- Learn how to define and refine fAIshion's brand voice, visual identity, and core messaging for consumer (B2C) and and industry (B2B) audiences.
- Assist with the design, execution, and evaluation of creative marketing experiments across digital channels (e.g., UGC concepts, short‑form video ideas, social media initiatives).
- Support the creation of on-brand content such as newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and TikTok/Reels, while receiving guidance on best practices for professional communication.
- Learn how to track basic branding and aquisition metrics, interpret user behavior, and contribute insights that help inform creative strategy.
- Research and help identify potential creators, micro‑influencers, and industry partners to support brand awareness efforts and user adoption.
👥 Who You Are
- You have a portfolio (from coursework, clubs, personal projects, or previous internships) that demonstrates creativity and strategic thinking, and the ability to execute on-brand messaging.
- You’re interested in marketing, branding, or growth strategy and want hands-on experience applying these concepts in a real startup environment.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, enjoy crafting compelling messages and social media captions, and enjoy interacting with people on socials.
- You understand Gen Z culture, digital trends and algorithms, and social media best practices—especially TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- You’re a self-starter who enjoys learning, experimenting, and contributing to collaborative projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
🌟 Bonus Skills! (Not required, but highly encouraged!)
- Experience managing social media accounts or growing an online presence.
- Familiarity with influencer/creator marketing tools or ambassador programs.
- Exposure to marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights).
