Job title: Affiliate Marketing Intern

Duration: 4 months, 10 hours per week

Role overview: We’re looking for an organized, results-driven intern to help us scale our affiliate database and drive affiliate revenue from social media. This role focuses on discovering aligned creators, managing outreach, and conducting analytics.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct affiliate discovery according to our target affiliate personas.
• Assist in developing and optimizing our target affiliate personas for brand alignment.
• Track affiliate codes, orders, and workflows.
• Create templates for communicating with affiliates, including initial outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Build step-by-step checklists and SOPs for affiliate onboarding, affiliate engagement, and general logistics.

Qualifications:

• Strong operational thinking; experience with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter with excellent time management.
• Experience with content creation, social media, or outreach preferred.
• Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness preferred.
