Type: Paid Internship ($15-$16/hr. and up to $1,000 performance bonus)

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and Build Relationships – Identify and qualify new business opportunities through calls, research, and creative outreach. 
  • Develop Competitive Pricing and Quotes – Analyze customer needs, market trends, and carrier rates to build profitable solutions. 
  • Negotiate and Close Deals – Learn to engage with carriers and customers, overcome objections, and secure new business. 
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline – Keep CRM data organized, track outreach, and monitor performance metrics. 
  • Support Freight Operations – Collaborate with operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (junior/senior standing) or recent graduate 
  • Majoring in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field 
  • Strong communicator with curiosity, drive, and the ability to thrive under pressure 
  • Interest in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales
  • Reliable, accountable, and eager to learn

  • Compensation: $15-$16/hr. and up to $1,000 performance bonus
  • Duration: May 18, 2026 - August 14th, 2026
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Location: Jackson and Grand Rapids, MI
  • Interviews:
    • First Round: Beginning December 2025
    • Final Round: Beginning February 2026
