Position Overview
Kasco is seeking a self-motivated Summer Intern to support our construction teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to both office and field operations and is ideal for students interested in pursuing a career in commercial construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Engineers, Superintendents and Project Managers with daily tasks
- Participate in site visits and assist with field coordination and on site labor
- Help prepare and track RFIs, submittals, reports, and project documentation
- Assist with safety walks, compliance checklists, and site standards
- Support project close-out tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Construction Management or a related field
- Able to work full-time during summer months (40 hours a week)
- Strong communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a willingness to learn
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with Bluebeam or other construction software is a plus
