Role Description
We are looking for an on-site Project Manager to oversee industrial construction projects from planning through completion. This role manages schedules, field coordination, workflow efficiency, inspections, and daily project documentation. You’ll work closely with customers, contractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure projects finish safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily project activities, manpower, logistics, and material deliveries

Manage project schedules, documentation, and reporting

Conduct site inspections and ensure safety + quality compliance

Track costs, change orders, and production performance

Communicate with clients, contractors, and field teams

Support workflow efficiency and problem-solving in the field

Qualifications

Strong project management, scheduling, and organizational skills

Experience in industrial construction, coatings, fireproofing, or related trades (preferred but not required)

Experience in logistics, expediting, or inspections is a plus

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work full-time on-site in Greater St. Louis

Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, business, or equivalent experience (preferred)
