Job Summary:

Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville, New York is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:

Assumes responsibilities of Rehab Services Manager in her/his absence.

Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical disabilities and injuries

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals

Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretching, and modalities

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning

Act as liaison with schools for clinical education programs.

Requirements:

Active New York State Physical Therapy license

Masters degree or higher in Physical Therapy

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team oriented environment
