We are looking for experienced sports journalists, commentators, and former professional or semi-professional players to evaluate, analyze, and provide expert commentary on AI-generated sports content. You’ll assess the quality, depth, and accuracy of AI sports analysis across multiple disciplines — including basketball, soccer, cricket, football, baseball, and Formula 1 — helping us refine our AI’s sports reasoning, storytelling, and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Evaluation: Review and score AI-generated commentary, reports, and tactical analyses across multiple sports.

Insight & Context Review: Assess the depth of sports knowledge, player understanding, and situational awareness in AI outputs.

Error & Bias Detection: Identify factual inaccuracies, tactical misinterpretations, or tone/style mismatches in AI analyses.

Comparative Analysis: Evaluate how AI performance varies across sports categories and competition levels (e.g., Premier League vs. MLS, NBA vs. NCAA).

Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed written feedback highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with analysts and developers to enhance the AI’s accuracy and authenticity in sports coverage.

Required Qualifications

Sports Expertise: Deep understanding of at least one major sport (basketball, soccer, cricket, football, baseball, or Formula 1).

Professional Background: Experience as a sports journalist, commentator, analyst, or former athlete/player.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to deconstruct and critique sports narratives, strategies, and statistical arguments.

Communication Skills: Excellent written English and ability to express nuanced sports insights clearly.

Tech Readiness: Comfortable using digital evaluation platforms, spreadsheets, and online dashboards.
