Junior IT Analyst
This role is limited to individuals currently or frequently residing within a reasonable commuting distance of Ogden, Utah. This role is hybrid, with Mondays and Thursdays as required in-office days. Core business hours are 10am to 3pm. The start date for this position will be between January and April 2026. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis until an offer is extended, at which point the listing will close.

Responsibilities:
- Support coworkers in adopting AI-powered tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT to develop and manage AI policies that balance safety and innovation.
- Develop and integrate AI features into our products to enhance functionality.
Qualifications:
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies.
- Strong communication skills to train and guide team members.
- Experience in software development, with AI integration experience a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
