Box Office Internship
The USPBL powered by Mortgage Matchup is currently seeking Box Office interns for its Summer 2026 season. Interns will have the opportunity to gain experience in the following areas:
- Serve and interact with customers, season ticket holders, and suite holders on a regular basis to help resolve issues and questions.
- Process ticket exchanges in accordance with the USPBL ticket exchange program.
- Assist in contract fulfillment for sponsor accounts to ensure all ticket requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to analyze promotions and advertising material.
- Obtain general knowledge of TicketReturn software system with training.
- Fulfill donation requests from outside groups and charities.
- Assist the Director with day-to-day operations and game day operations.
- Supervise game day staff (Ticket Takers, Ticket Sellers, & Guest Services).
- Oversee schedule for game day staff.
- Manage Will Call.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for
● Currently enrolled college students looking to receive college credit experience
● A commitment for the Summer 2026 season (May-Sept)
● Personal laptop required
