Baseball Operations Internship

The USPBL powered by Mortgage Matchup is currently seeking Baseball Operations Interns for its Summer 2026 season. Interns will have the opportunity to gain experience in the following areas:

• Assisting with coach and player recruiting efforts.
• Assisting with development of host family program.
• Assisting with development of tryouts and player draft.
• Assisting with tracking game and player statistics.
• Field set up and tear down for practice and games.
• Assist the clubhouse managers with a variety of tasks.

What we are looking for

● Currently enrolled college students looking to receive college credit experience

● Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Data Analytics or other related field

● An interest in sports management

● A commitment for the Summer 2026 season (May-Sept)

● Personal laptop required
