Wilderness Canoeing and Camping Guide

Laketrails Base Camp is seeking responsible, fun-loving people who enjoy spending time with teens in a wilderness setting. Successful job applicants will work as a team while growing skills in problem solving, cooperation, organization, active listening and work ethic. Laketrails “Guides” will also learn more about the natural environment of far northern MN and Ontario while camping and canoeing with teens through the islands and waterways of these areas. Prior camping and canoeing experience is not required. Minimum requirements include one year of either college or work experience beyond high school and a desire to work with young people. Successful applicants will possess maturity and integrity as well as an enjoyment of the outdoors.
